Responsibilities
- Own and manage order status tracking and management across the system.
- Support marketing projection and volume planning to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain Pan-India inventory visibility and coordinate with warehouses for stock accuracy.




- Ensure store and order tagging accuracy for smooth order flow and reporting.
- Monitor and manage COD risk from a data and reporting perspective, including feedback tracking.
- Assist with dispatch planning and ensure D+1 dispatch compliance across orders.
- Prepare and maintain operations reports and dashboards for daily tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve order and fulfillment issues quickly.
