Job Title: GDA Advance Trainer

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + lodging & Boarding

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training for the GDA Advance course as per the DDU-GKY curriculum.
- Conduct practical and theoretical sessions for trainees.
- Develop students' knowledge and skills in patient care, healthcare procedures, hygiene and safety.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments and trainee progress reports.
- Conduct regular tests and practical assessments.
- Support trainees in developing employability and workplace skills.
- Coordinate with the project and centre management team for smooth implementation of training activities.





Eligibility & Qualifications:
- GNM with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, OR
- B.Sc. Nursing with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in healthcare training or skill development projects will be preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and train a batch of students effectively.

Immediate joining preferred.
