Lead the Program Management function for the Electric Vehicle (EV) business by driving strategic customer engagement, business growth, profitable program execution, and operational excellence. The role is accountable for business acquisition, portfolio governance, profitability, production capacity planning, long-term supply chain strategy, change management, and cross-functional leadership to achieve sustainable business growth and superior customer satisfaction.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Business Growth & Strategic Sales
• Develop business growth strategies to achieve annual order intake, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Drive business acquisition with BD, RFQs, customer presentations, commercial negotiations, and strategic account planning to maximize business wins.
• Build strategic customer relationships to expand existing business and generate recent sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to develop competitive commercial strategies and profitable business cases.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify future business opportunities.
Portfolio & Program Governance
• Lead program governance to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Timing (QCDT) objectives.
• Drive portfolio reviews to improve execution, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
• Resolve program risks and customer escalations to ensure successful program delivery.
• Establish governance mechanisms to improve execution discipline and operational excellence.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to strengthen business partnerships.
• Lead executive customer reviews to improve customer confidence and satisfaction.
• Resolve commercial and operational escalations to protect business interests.
• Identify customer growth opportunities to increase future business.
