About the Role

We are looking for a
Product Manager
to take ownership of assigned brands and drive their growth through effective brand strategy, market analysis, promotional planning and execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong pharmaceutical marketing experience with a valuable understanding of
brand management, market intelligence, product lifecycle, new product launches and sales-force engagement
.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
brand plans and marketing strategies
for assigned products.
- Prepare the
marketing mix, brand positioning and product differentiation
strategy.
- Analyze market size, growth, trends, competition, pricing and market-share data.
- Identify opportunities for
new product launches, line extensions and portfolio expansion
.
- Develop
brand campaigns, visual aids, promotional inputs and communication strategies
.
- Manage the complete




product/brand lifecycle
and recommend appropriate growth strategies.
- Track brand performance and identify opportunities to improve
sales, market share and profitability
.
- Develop effective
customer segmentation and promotional strategies
based on market insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis through market research, secondary data and market visits.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective implementation of brand strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct
cycle meetings and product presentations
for the field force.
- Provide regular
product and campaign training
to the Sales team, including product USPs and key communication points.
- Conduct market visits and interact with doctors/KOLs/customers to gather market feedback and insights.
- Monitor the effectiveness and
ROI of marketing activities
and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with
Supply Chain, Production and Purchase
