- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand-building activity for export markets, in coordination with the Marketing Manager and export sales team.
- Develop and localize marketing collateral – product brochures, detailing aids, digital creatives, packaging inputs – for distributors and field sales reps in each target market.
- Support distribution of marketing materials to regional sales teams (approx. 150–200 reps across Ghana and Nigeria) and track adoption/usage.
- Coordinate with regulatory/registration teams to ensure all marketing and packaging content complies with destination-country requirements before release.
- Assist in planning and executing recent product launches in export markets, including go-to-market materials, launch collateral and positioning input.
- Liaise directly with international distributors and agents to understand local market needs and adapt marketing support accordingly.
- Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends in assigned export geographies and summarize findings for the marketing and sales teams.
- Manage and reconcile the export marketing budget for assigned activities; work with vendors (designers, printers, agencies) to deliver materials on time and on budget.
- Represent the brand at relevant pharma trade shows and exhibitions (e.g., CPHI) as required.
- Coordinate with the in-house graphic design and digital/social media functions to produce export-market-specific content.
- Maintain a repository of approved marketing materials, artwork and translations by market and product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or Marketing; MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing; experience with export/international markets strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of pharma export documentation and market registration basics (dossiers, WHO-GMP, product registration) is an advantage, not mandatory.
