We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR & U.S. Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in global payroll operations, employment contract drafting, and HR compliance across international jurisdictions.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with ADP Payroll and global payroll administration
- Expertise in drafting and reviewing global employment contracts, offer letters, amendments, and other HR documentation
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements, including federal and state regulations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills




- Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in a global setting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
- High level of accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
