Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Supply Chain Management Executive to manage export logistics operations, shipment coordination, and supply chain activities. The ideal requirement will have experience in international logistics, export documentation, SAP ERP, customs clearance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of international shipments.
- Coordinate domestic and international air and sea freight shipments with freight forwarders,



shipping lines, transporters, and customs brokers.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoices (CI), Packing Lists (PL), Shipping Bills, and other shipping documents.
- Monitor shipment schedules, secure bookings, and optimize transportation plans to improve delivery performance and reduce logistics costs.
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for customs clearance, shipping bill collection, GR Waiver processing, and export compliance.
- Ensure all customs and statutory documentation is submitted accurately and within required timelines.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to monitor logistics performance, shipment status, dispatch plans, and operational KPIs.
- Prepare PPC reports, dispatch plans, and activity trackers for effective order management.
