Main Objective

To complete projects safely, on time, within budget, and with required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise RCC works including footing, columns, beams, slabs, and staircases.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions, alignment, cover, and concrete work as per approved drawings.
- Review structural drawings and reinforcement details and ensure proper execution.
- Monitor concrete grade, quality, workmanship, and pouring activities.
- Conduct pre-pour inspections and maintain quality/site inspection records.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site engineers, and other teams.




- Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, approved drawings, and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 26 years of relevant RCC/structural construction experience.
- Experience in RCC, finishing, interiors, and project execution.
- Exposure to hospital, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of structural drawings, reinforcement, BOQ, and site execution.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
