Ensure production processes operate within defined PCP standards to achieve yield, cost, quality and service targets. Drive process improvements for better performance and stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes as per PCP.
- Identify and resolve process deviations and recurring issues.
- Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives.
- Analyse process data to improve yield, quality and productivity.
- Support RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement activities.
- Standardize processes and maintain process documentation.
- Support current product/process trials and machine/process changes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and process standards.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams for troubleshooting, process improvement and implementation of corrective actions.
