About the Role

Rising India School of Excellence is looking for a dynamic Marketing, Events & Community Engagement Manager to build and strengthen the school's presence in Goa.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives, managing high-impact school events, developing local partnerships and supporting the admissions team in generating meaningful enquiries and conversions.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands both brand building and business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Create and implement an annual marketing and community engagement strategy for the school.
- Develop local marketing initiatives across digital, offline, BTL, events and partnership channels.
- Plan and execute school-led events such as open houses, exhibitions, workshops, parent engagement activities and community programmes.




- Build relationships with local organisations, communities, corporates, vendors, agencies and other strategic partners.
- Work closely with the Admissions team to support enquiry generation, lead nurturing and admissions growth.
- Manage campaign schedules, budgets, vendors, agencies and execution timelines.
- Track campaign results, enquiries, engagement, conversions and overall marketing ROI.
- Coordinate with social media and content teams to maintain a consistent school brand identity.
- Research the local market and keep track of competitor activities, emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Explore current avenues for increasing the school's visibility and connecting with prospective families.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership with performance insights and recommendations.
