Role Overview

Selling workplace governance is different from selling software. You are not convincing someone to buy another tool. You are helping HR leaders, Legal teams, Compliance professionals, and business leaders solve problems that affect culture, reputation, legal compliance, and employee trust. The conversations are consultative, the sales cycles are thoughtful, and the outcomes influence how organisations build safer, more accountable workplaces. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding enterprise challenges, and helping organisations adopt solutions that create lasting value.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through closure
- Engage CHROs, HR leaders, Legal, Compliance, Risk, L&D;, and business leaders across organisations




- Understand customer challenges and position Ungenders advisory services and Conduct platform accordingly
- Lead discovery conversations, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and negotiations
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Advisory teams to develop tailored solutions for enterprise clients
- Represent Ungender at conferences, webinars, industry events, and customer meetings
- Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Build long term relationships that extend beyond individual transactions
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or growth roles
- Experience selling HRTech, ComplianceTech, LegalTech, GovernanceTech, RegTech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software solutions
- A robust track record of managing consultative sales cycles with mid market and enterprise customers
