Job Summary:

We seek an experienced and results-driven Real Estate sales manager to manage and grow our sales team. The successful candidate will lead a team of real estate agents, drive sales revenue, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership

1. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of real estate agents.

2. Mentor new agents.

3. Foster a positive, productive team culture.

Sales Strategy

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

2. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

3. Identify business opportunities and grow market share.

Operations

1. Manage day-to-day sales operations, including sales meetings and training.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Performance Management

1. Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback.

2. Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations.

3. Address underperformance and develop improvement plans.

Customer Service

1. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns.

3. Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of real estate sales experience.

2. Proven leadership and management experience.

3. Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent knowledge of local real estate market.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
