We are seeking two HR executives to oversee our entire hiring process, from finding possible candidates to interviewing and assessing them. Hiring experience in the IT field is a must for candidates. Experience in managing employee life cycle is a plus.

Responsibilities
- A minimum of one year of IT-related recruitment experience is required. 3 years experience needed for the senior position.
- Create and revise job descriptions.
- Find possible applicants from a variety of online/offline resources
- Create social media posts to draw in passive applicants.
- Analyse incoming applications and resumes.
- Interview applicants (via phone, video, and in person)
- Follow up with applicants who haven't responded
- Set up internal technical teams for interviews.
- Create and provide technical and logical assessments.
- Post job vacancies on the company's careers page, job boards, social media, and internal
- Give recruiting managers shortlists of competent applicants.




- Keep an internal recruitment database.
- Maintain and update HRMS related to hiring (candidate tracker, pipeline status, closures, etc.)
- Create recruiting reports and offer data analysis for management evaluation, such as time-to-hire, source efficacy, and pipeline status.
- Make sure all paperwork is correct and that hiring procedures are followed.
- Core HR activities like event organization, employee engagement, performance monitoring, and payroll processing.

Qualifications
- a track record of success as an HR recruiter in the IT/recruitment industry
- knowledge of resume databases and HRMS
- familiarity with sourcing methods
- Knowledge of referral initiatives
- Robust English communication abilities both in writing and speaking
- Good judgment of personalities
- Negotiation, Problem solving abilities for Senior position
