? Role Overview

We are looking for a
performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist
with hands-on experience in
Meta Ads & Google Ads
to generate quality leads for our B2D brands.

? Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
campaigns.
- Execute
B2D lead generation
campaigns with city-wise and state-wise targeting.
- Manage
2–3 brands/pages
simultaneously.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve target
CPL and lead quality
.
- Manage
CRM, lead tracking, integrations, WhatsApp & automation
.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, and ROI.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to improve
lead quality and conversions
.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.





?️ Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in
Meta Ads & Google Ads
.
- Experience in
B2D lead generation
.
- Knowledge of
CPL, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, UTM & analytics
.
- Understanding of
CRM, lead management & automation
.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and location-based campaigns.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Telugu, Hindi & English
communication skills.

⭐ Preferred
- 6 Months–1 Year relevant experience.
- Independently handled Meta/Google lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple brands/pages.
- Immediate joiners
preferred.
- Hyderabad-based / candidates comfortable with office-based work preferred.
