Role Description:
- This full-time on-site role, based in Kochi, involves training and mentoring individuals in core and advanced digital marketing concepts and practical applications.
- The Digital Marketing Trainer/Mentor will design and deliver structured training sessions, workshops, and hands-on projects covering areas such as social media marketing, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
- The role includes preparing learning materials, evaluating learner progress, providing personalized feedback, and supporting learners in building portfolios and career readiness.
- The Trainer/Mentor will stay current with digital marketing trends and tools, collaborate with internal teams to refine curricula, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex topics in easy terms.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with hands-on experience in planning, executing,



and measuring digital campaigns across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess Training and mentoring skills, including curriculum development, classroom management, and coaching learners with diverse backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and relationship-building skills to engage prospective learners, understand their goals, and guide them toward suitable learning paths.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field; experience as a digital marketing practitioner or trainer is highly beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with analytics tools, content creation, SEO/SEM fundamentals, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Kochi.
