Key Responsibilities:
- Publish high-quality research papers in Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals with a high impact factor and ABDC-ranked journals.
- Identify potential funding sources and secure national/international research grants.
- Establish strong industry-academia collaborations to enhance research and development activities.
- Engage in consultancy projects with industries, organizations, and government agencies.
- Develop and execute innovative research initiatives aligned with global trends.
- Guide and mentor faculty members and students in research and publication activities.




- Work collaboratively with institutions and research centers for interdisciplinary research projects.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Ph.D./ post-doctoral research experience in relevant disciplines from a reputed institution / University preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in publishing research papers in reputed indexed journals. Priority will be given to those with patents, book publications with reputed publishers (Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis), and citations exceeding a certain threshold.
- Exposure to government and private research funding agencies ( DST-SERB, ICSSR, DBT, European Research Council, Horizon Europe, or equivalent international funding, UGC, AICTE, etc.) and proven track record in securing funded research projects. Preference for faculty with industry-funded research exceeding ₹50 lakhs or equivalent international funding.
