As AI Platform Lead, you’ll work hands-on with a small team across business, product, architecture, engineering, and technical direction.

> What We’re Looking For

Experience:
4+ years of technical leadership experience preferred, but evidence of capability and ownership matter more than exact years of experience.

- Databases, cloud & deployment
- Production software lifecycle

Our environment includes Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, React/Next.js, LLM APIs, vector retrieval, and agent orchestration.
