Job Summary

Position: Manager Finance

Location: Waluj

Experience: 8-10 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Preparation and finalization of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual audited financial statements and annual reports.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with all statutory payments and returns.
- Implementation and compliance with Accounting Standards, Ind AS, and IFRS.
- Coordination with Internal, Statutory, Tax, and GST Auditors.
- Implementation, review, and periodic monitoring of Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
- Treasury management and cash flow monitoring.
- Preparation of various management reports and financial analyses.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.




- Experience in the manufacturing/engineering industry is mandatory.
- Corporate office experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Finalization of financial statements
- IFRS Ind AS and Accounting Standards
- Income Tax and TDS compliance
- Statutory audits GST audits and Internal Audits
- Internal Financial Controls (IFC) implementation and review
- Treasury operations
- SAP (mandatory)
- Advanced MS Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
- PF ESIC Qualified Tax and other statutory compliances
