Job Title: PLC Programmer Omron PLC & HMI

Company Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and troubleshooting control systems using Omron PLCs and HMIs based on custom client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- PLC Ladder Logic Programming: Develop, test, and commission robust ladder logic programs for Omron PLCs tailored to specific customer application requirements.
- Analog Signal Processing: Configure, program, and calibrate Analog Inputs and Outputs (AI/AO) for exact monitoring and control (temperature, pressure, flow, speed control, etc.).
- HMI Design & Development: Create intuitive, user-friendly Omron HMI screens (NB/NS/NA series) for process monitoring, control, alarm management, and trending.
- Industrial Communication Setup: Configure and troubleshoot serial communication interfaces (RS-232 and RS-485) to connect Omron PLCs with HMIs, field controllers, sensors, and third-party instruments.
- Documentation:



Maintain detailed PLC/HMI program documentation, standard operating procedures, I/O mapping lists, and system architecture diagrams.

Preferred candidate profile
- PLC Software: Hands-on experience with Omron programming tools such as Sysmac Studio or CX-One (CX-Programmer, CX-Designer).
- Hardware Expertise: Experience working with Omron PLC families (e.g., CP series, CJ series, or NX/NJ series)
- Serial Protocols: Strong knowledge of serial protocols (Modbus RTU, ASCII, host link) over RS-232/RS-485 networks.
- Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering or any other degress with 15 years of relevant industrial automation experience.
