Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager with 4+ years of experience, preferably from the IT & Digital Marketing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Digital Marketing, Sales, and other business profiles.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules, offer discussions, and joining formalities.

2. Employee Onboarding
- Manage complete onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Ensure timely completion of joining documents,



agreements, NDA, and other HR formalities.
- Conduct employee orientation and explain company policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth onboarding.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and related HR processes.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and other HR-related activities.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are properly implemented and followed.

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
- Maintain a positive and healthy work environment.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
- Address workplace issues and coordinate with management for appropriate resolutions.
