Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled NICE CXone Developer with hands-on experience in CXone Studio Scripting, IVR Development, REST API Integration, and ACD/Call Routing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting customer contact center solutions using the NICE CXone platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain IVR applications using NICE CXone Studio.
- Create and modify Studio scripts for inbound, outbound, and blended contact center solutions.
- Configure and manage ACD skills, call flows, routing strategies, queues, and agent assignments.
- Integrate NICE CXone with external applications and third-party systems using REST APIs, Web Services, and JSON/XML.
- Implement intelligent call routing based on business requirements and customer journey needs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot IVR, call routing, API, and telephony-related issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects,



and support teams to deliver scalable contact center solutions.
- Participate in deployments, upgrades, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in NICE CXone platform development.
- Solid hands-on experience with CXone Studio Scripting.
- Experience in IVR design and development.
- Solid understanding of ACD configuration, call routing, skills-based routing, and queue management.
- Experience with REST API integration, JSON, XML, and web services.
- Knowledge of contact center technologies and telecom concepts.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting call flow and voice application issues.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools.
