Store Supervisor
Role Description
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the store, including staff supervision, product quality, inventory, customer satisfaction, hygiene, sales support and operational discipline. The supervisor should be capable of working across fish, chicken, mutton and other meat categories.
Store Operations
Ensure smooth operation of the entire store.
Ensure the store is ready before opening.
Allocate duties to seniors and assistants.
Monitor attendance, discipline and productivity.
Coordinate processing, customer service, billing and packing.
Product & Quality Control
Check incoming fish, chicken, mutton and other meat products.
Verify freshness, quality, weight and storage conditions.
Ensure proper product rotation.
Monitor wastage and yield.
Ensure correct storage and temperature practices.
Guest Supervision




Monitor overall customer experience.
Monitor waiting time and queue management.
Personally assist during high-volume periods.
Handle escalated customer complaints.
Resolve service issues professionally.
Monitor customer feedback and recurring issues.
Staff Supervision
Ensure seniors and assistants follow responsibilities.
Train and coach staff on customer service.
Monitor cutting, packing, hygiene and service standards.
Correct mistakes immediately.
Conduct daily briefings.
Communicate management instructions.
Inventory Management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
