Role Overview
Conduct is building technology that helps organisations create safer, more accountable workplaces. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will help design, build, and scale features across our platform. From reporting workflows and investigations to learning management, analytics, and AI enabled capabilities, your work will directly shape how thousands of users experience Conduct.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable frontend and backend applications
- Design APIs and integrations
- Improve platform performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build new features
- Participate in technical architecture discussions
- Write clean, maintainable, well tested code
- Continuously improve engineering practices and development workflows
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience building production grade web applications
- Experience working in SaaS companies, technology startups,
or product engineering teams
- Strong experience across both frontend and backend technologies
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, and scalable system design
- A passion for building products that solve meaningful business problems
