Shieldbyte Infosec is looking for an energetic and target-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
for its Training Division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective learners and corporate clients, selling professional training and certification programs, and achieving monthly enrolment and revenue targets.

Candidates with prior experience in
EdTech, professional course selling, certification training, IT training, cybersecurity training, or career-oriented education sales
will be preferred.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for Shieldbyte Infosec's training and certification programs.
- Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing, website enquiries, social media, campaigns, events and referrals.
- Conduct outbound calling and prospecting to generate new training opportunities.




- Counsel working professionals, students and corporate prospects regarding suitable courses and career pathways.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend appropriate training/certification programs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings to convert inquiries into paid enrolments.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from
lead → counseling → follow-up → enrolment → payment
.
- Achieve defined
monthly enrolment, conversion, and revenue targets
.
- Promote cybersecurity, information security, privacy, GRC, audit and professional certification programs.
- Support sales of
ISO Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, Cybersecurity, GRC, VAPT, DPDPA, Data Privacy, AI Security, AI Governance and other professional programs
.
- Identify opportunities for
B2B/corporate training
, employee upskilling, and customized training programs.
- Approach HR, L&D;, IT, cybersecurity,
