Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle client requirements, manpower deployment, and operational coordination.
- Manage *ISP (In-Store Promoter) operations* and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the recruitment team in fulfilling client manpower requirements and achieving hiring targets.
- Conduct regular *field visits* to client locations and ensure operational compliance and service quality.
- Coordinate with recruiters, operations teams, and clients for timely closure of requirements.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Handle operations across *Karnataka and Chennai*.
- Travel to *Chennai and other locations whenever required* for client meetings, field visits, and operational reviews.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the client, recruitment team, and internal operations.
Desired Skills
- Strong *client handling and relationship management* skills.
- Valuable understanding of *recruitment and volume hiring operations*.
- Experience in *ISP / In-Store Promoter / retail operations / field sales* will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good team-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
