Role Overview:

You will lead and scale South India home EV charger installation and after-sales service operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and timely installations. The role involves managing field teams, vendor partners, customer experience, and service delivery performance.

Experience: 4 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day service activities at dealerships, service centers, and workshops.
- Diagnose technical issues and support repair/maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely service delivery and issue resolution.
- Handle warranty claims and maintain service documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support technician/dealer training on service procedures and product updates.




- Ensure service quality, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare service reports and track service performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Production, Quality, and Purchase for service-related issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4 7 years of experience in after-sales service in the automobile industry.
- Experience in EV passenger vehicles preferred.
- Robust technical troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.

Education:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
