About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Training Coordinator with a strong background in teaching and academic environments. The role involves coordinating and supporting training and academic activities, working closely with tutors, teachers, academic mentors, students, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of training programs and learning processes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of teaching experience and exposure to international curricula such as IGCSE, ACARA, or similar international curricula. Candidates may come from school teaching, online or offline EdTech tutoring, academic mentoring, or academic coordination backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day training and academic activities.




- Coordinate with tutors, teachers, academic mentors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Assist in planning and coordinating training schedules, sessions, and academic activities.
- Follow up with trainers and academic teams regarding training completion, attendance, assignments, and other academic requirements.
- Support the onboarding and training of tutors and academic staff as required.
- Coordinate with tutors and academic teams regarding schedules, availability, substitutions, and changes.
- Monitor training attendance, participation, completion, and related records.
- Communicate training schedules, requirements, updates, and instructions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address training-related queries and resolve operational issues.
