Assistant Manager Cosmetic Manufacturing

Manage day-to-day cosmetic manufacturing operations

Production planning and scheduling to meet delivery timelines

Source raw materials, packaging components, and manufacturing consumables

Vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management

Procure primary packaging materials, labels, cartons, inserts, and secondary packaging

Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Production teams for uninterrupted manufacturing

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline

58 years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing





Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing operations

Experience in sourcing and procurement of raw materials and packaging

Valuable understanding of labelling and secondary packaging requirements

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Good interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
