Role Overview: We are looking for a Process Assurance Associate with experience in supporting the

implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management System (QMS), Information

Security Management System (ISMS), and Process Management System (PMS) across the

organization. The ideal candidate will assist in process compliance, audits, metrics tracking, and

quality reviews while working closely with project teams. This role requires a keen eye for process

adherence, documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery

quality and organizational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Playing active role in implementing QMS/ISMS/PMS process across organization.
- Responsible for conducting quality audits, Process health check-ups for and reviews.
- Responsible for guiding the project teams in process compliance
- Knowledge of lifecycle models and development/ Testing/ Support/ ITIAS processes and

Lifecycle models such as Waterfall, Iterative, Agile.
- To work towards the corporate initiative certification for ISO, ISMS, PMS.




- Responsible for Consolidation of defects and conduct defect analysis.
- Responsible for being actively involved in process improvement techniques
- Responsible for Identifying, analysing, and monitoring performance
- improvement opportunities/ project pipeline in process areas.
- Participate Project Kick off meetings
- Responsible Identification of Process & check points for the project.
- Identification of Process tailoring / Light weight process for the project based on the project/

client needs
- Mentor / Motivate / Orient process to the Project team by creating /maintaining/Updating

the training materials, Process Assets Library, Audit database and
- Dashboards to provide reports/indicators for QMS Management representative meetings.
- Define / Select Metrics appropriate to the Project ensure collection of metrics,
- Validate Metrics based on the Aspire life cycles followed.
