Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Perform manual and automated API/web testing.
- Develop and maintain automation using Rest Assured.
- Track defects and document test results.
- Ensure test coverage and traceability.
- Collaborate with QA, developers, and product teams in Agile environments.
- Improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience with API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
- Strong knowledge of manual, functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
