Marketing Executive Business Development

Role Purpose

To generate business for the hospital by developing referral networks, creating current patient-acquisition channels, and strengthening relationships with doctors, corporates, and healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage referral networks with doctors, clinics, corporates, and other healthcare stakeholders in the region
- Identify and build new patient-acquisition channels
- Design and implement business development strategy — not just execute a plan handed down, but help shape it
- Conduct regular field visits to build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders
- Track digital leads and campaign performance, and analyse results to guide strategy
- Maintain accurate reports on business development activity and outcomes




- Represent the hospital professionally in external meetings, networking events, and community engagements

Candidate Requirements
- MBA in Business Development, Marketing & Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development/marketing, preferably 4+ years
- Demonstrated experience designing a business development strategy, not only implementing one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for field visits
- Good working knowledge of the local (Pathankot/Punjab) market
- Basic computer / MS Office proficiency
- Ability to maintain reports and analyse performance data
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Proficiency in Hindi and English

Compensation (based on experience, fixed + performance-based incentives)
- 2–3 years: 20,000–35,000/month fixed + incentives
- 3–5 years: 35,000–40,0
