Job Purpose

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities and increase sales for our Customized Non-Woven Bags, including Katappa Bags, Thamboolam Bags and other customized promotional bags.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, presenting our products and customization options, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into confirmed orders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. New Business Development
- Identify and approach new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit potential clients such as textile stores, jewellery shops, supermarkets, department stores, retail outlets, event organizers, and corporate companies.
- Generate new leads and develop opportunities for bulk and customized bag orders.

2. Client Visits & Product Presentation
- Meet prospective customers directly and present RR Tex products and services.
- Explain our range of Katappa Bags, Thamboolam Bags, Customized Non-Woven Bags, Shopping Bags, and Promotional Bags.




- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable bag sizes, designs, printing, and customization options.
- Effectively communicate the value of customized branded bags used by leading retail and commercial establishments.

3. Order Generation & Sales Conversion
- Convert customer enquiries and leads into confirmed orders.
- Collect complete order requirements, including quantity, size, design, printing requirements, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations and order processing.
- Focus on achieving monthly sales and order targets.
- Generate bulk orders as well as repeat business from existing customers.

4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up regularly with customers regarding quotations, orders, and future requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat orders and referrals.
