Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive student enrolment and revenue growth for our educational consultancy. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in education sales, student counselling, team management, lead conversion, and achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales/admission counselling team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student admissions and revenue.
- Monitor leads from enquiry to enrolment and improve conversion rates at each stage.
- Guide counsellors in handling student and parent enquiries through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Set individual and team sales targets and regularly review performance.
- Track daily lead follow-ups, conversions, pending leads, and admission status.




- Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities for improving team performance.
- Train and mentor sales executives and admission counsellors on communication, counselling, and closing techniques.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and other education partners.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure effective utilization of generated leads.
- Handle high-value or difficult prospects and support the team in closing admissions.
- Ensure proper CRM/lead management and timely follow-up of all prospective students.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and current opportunities for student acquisition.
- Ensure a professional and student-focused approach throughout the admission process.
