Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Saha, Ambala

Working Days: (6 days a week)

Salary: ₹20,000.00-₹35,000.00 per month

Education: Robust background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/ (LEDs, metals, Borosilicate Glass preferred).

Experience: 3 to 7 years’ Experience must be required

Preferred Industry: Luxury, High-End Interiors, Designer Lighting, or any Luxury Segment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Knowledge

Understand wiring diagrams, schematics, Bills of Materials (BOM), and assembly drawings. Be familiar with electrical standards, including IEC, IS codes, grounding practices, insulation requirements, and torque specifications. Troubleshoot common electrical faults such as short circuits, open circuits, incorrect wiring, and poor terminations. Ensure assemblies meet design and safety requirements.

2. Quality Control





Identify defects such as loose crimps, incorrect wire colors, missing ferrules, damaged insulation, and poor soldering. Use inspection and testing equipment effectively, including millimeters, meggers, and hi-pot testers. Follow quality procedures, inspection checklists, and acceptance criteria. Promote a right first time culture to minimize rework.

3. Production Planning

Plan daily production targets based on available manpower and workload. Sequence assembly operations efficiently to prevent bottlenecks. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and maintain smooth workflow. Balance productivity, quality, and delivery commitments.

4. Team Leadership

Train and mentor technicians on assembly methods, safety requirements, and quality standards. Allocate work according to skill levels and workload capacity. Motivate team members to achieve production goals. Resolve workplace conflicts professionally and maintain team
