Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and distribution for the Jal Division a (Packages water) cross the assigned region.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the reach of Jal products.
- Appoint and manage competent distributors/stockists to strengthen the supply chain.
- Achieve regional business objectives including sales, collections, and growth targets through effective leadership of ASMs & SOs.
- Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge, company policies, and sales guidelines.
- Conduct joint fieldwork with team members at retail and distributor levels to ensure strong market presence.
- Coordinate with Depot Head to maintain adequate stock levels and verify stock transfers.
- Collaborate with ZSM/GM for hiring and onboarding of ASMs & SOs.
- Ensure timely submission of tour plans, monthly reports, and expense statements for self and team.




- Review and monitor team performance, providing feedback and corrective measures.
- Build and maintain solid business relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners.
- Organize training sessions for new employees as per company standards.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility in the beverages segment.

Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in FMCG/Beverages sales with proven regional management exposure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and deliver consistent business growth.
