We are looking for an experienced Advocate / Legal Counsel to handle business, travel-industry and personal legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle business & commercial disputes
- Experience in Civil Court and Consumer Court matters
- Handle travel-industry-related legal issues, customer disputes and claims
- Advise on travel business compliances, agreements, terms & conditions and documentation
- Handle employee-related legal issues and workplace disputes
- Handle property-related matters and legal notices
- Draft/review contracts, legal notices, replies and agreements
- Coordinate with external advocates and manage ongoing legal matters

Candidate Profile
- LL.B. with valid Bar Council enrolment
- 5+ years of relevant litigation experience preferred




- Solid experience in civil, commercial, consumer and business disputes
- Exposure to travel/business compliance and employment-related matters preferred
- Good drafting, negotiation and court-handling skills
- Delhi/NCR court experience preferred

Salary: depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
