Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Marketing or Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work aggressively towards finding placements for our skilled developers in USA and the zeal to make commissions for those placements

This role is ideal for someone who is not simply looking for a fixed-salary job, but is motivated by performance, sales, placements, and earning additional incentives based on results.

Key Responsibilities
- Market IT consultants to End Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Staffing Firms.
- Source and analyze daily job requirements and identify suitable opportunities for consultants.
- Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements and actively follow up on submissions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and clients.
- Generate new vendor and client leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.




- Negotiate rates and coordinate with vendors/clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up consistently until placement.
- Manage the complete Bench Sales lifecycle, from requirement sourcing to successful placement.
- Maintain accurate submission, interview, and placement records.
- Use platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals to identify opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication and email etiquette with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Consistently work towards scheduling interviews for the Talents in our Bench.
