Job Summary

We are looking for a Corporate Communications & Employer Branding specialist who will be responsible for strengthening Tavants employer brand, amplifying our culture, and driving impactful communication strategies that engage employees, attract top talent, and elevate our market reputation.
Responsibilities
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position Tavant as an employer of choice across AI-first and digital talent markets.
- Strengthen Tavants employer brand across the Careers website, LinkedIn, social media, digital platforms, and recruitment marketing channels to improve talent attraction and hiring outcomes.
- Lead employer branding campaigns, external certifications, awards, events, and agency partnerships to enhance market positioning and employer recognition.
Employee Experience, Engagement & Culture
- Design and drive enterprise-wide employee engagement, advocacy, culture-building, and flagship programs (TEA, IdeaStorm, ASa GPTW, onboarding, DEI initiatives)



that reinforce Tavants values and employee experience.
- Partner with HR teams to enhance onboarding, employee engagement surveys, and culture transformation initiatives while measuring engagement, advocacy, and program effectiveness.
Corporate Communications
- Lead internal communications across the organization, translating leadership vision into impactful communication campaigns while ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand standards.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Leadership, and business teams to deliver strategic communications that support organizational priorities and change initiatives.
Employer Reputation & Brand Governance
- Manage and strengthen Tavants employer reputation across Glassdoor, Google Reviews, LinkedIn, and other employer branding platforms by monitoring feedback, improving public perception, and driving employee advocacy.
- Maintain and optimize the Careers website, employer brand
