Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Flask and FastAPI
- Integrate backend systems with AI bots, automation tools, and third-party APIs
- Design and manage MySQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability
- Implement secure coding practices and data protection strategies
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of backend architecture
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Python
- Strong experience with Flask and/or FastAPI
- Proficient in working with MySQL databases, including complex queries and optimization
- Experience with integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party services
- Good understanding of software design principles, RESTful API design, and asynchronous programming
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows is a plus
- Experience with AI/automation workflows (e.g., integrating with AI bots) is a bonus
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
