Role & responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the MDM team, ensuring performance and development.
- Drive India MDM strategy aligned with global standards and business goals.
- Oversee master data creation, quality, governance, SLAs, and lifecycle management.
- Act as MDM SME and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, and global stakeholders.
- Support Oracle Fusion rollouts, enhancements, integrations, and MDM initiatives.
- Manage MDM tools including Oracle Fusion, Informatica, SQL, Looker, and Power BI.
- Lead data integration, testing, validation, and workflow enhancements.

Required skills
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of MDM experience,



including 12 years in a leadership/team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion, MDM, data governance, and ERP systems.
- Advanced SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data analytics skills.
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica, SAP MDG, or IBM InfoSphere.
- Robust stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, cloud, and integration platforms.
- Shared services/GCC experience preferred; MDM/Data Governance certifications are a plus
