We are partnering with a global specialist manufacturing organisation to appoint a newly created
Global Head of Performance & Rewards
.

This is a high-impact leadership role with a mandate to rethink how the organisation connects
performance, reward and talent
across its global workforce.

Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will lead the co-creation and implementation of a
performance-linked rewards strategy
that strengthens accountability, differentiates performance and supports the organisation's broader talent agenda.

This is not simply a role focused on compensation frameworks and annual reward cycles. We are looking for someone who can help shape a more integrated approach to
how performance is defined, recognised, rewarded and developed
across the organisation.

The mandate

You will:
- Design and lead a
global performance and rewards strategy
, aligned to business priorities and long-term growth.
- Build stronger links between
individual and organisational performance,



reward and career progression

- Evolve performance management frameworks to create greater differentiation, accountability and transparency.
- Lead the development of global compensation, incentive and recognition principles and frameworks.
- Partner with the CHRO and senior leadership to ensure reward strategy reinforces the organisation's desired
culture and talent philosophy

- Use market intelligence, analytics and internal data to inform reward decisions and workforce priorities.
- Partner closely with regional HR leaders and business leadership to translate global principles into practical, locally relevant solutions.
- Help shape the wider
talent agenda
, including how high performance and potential are identified, recognised and retained.
- Lead change and stakeholder engagement across a complex, international organisation.
