Role Overview

At Ungender, sales is not about pushing a product. It is about helping organisations recognise gaps in workplace governance before they become legal, cultural, or reputational risks. As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for HR leaders, founders, legal teams, compliance professionals, and business leaders across India. Your role is to initiate thoughtful conversations around workplace safety, compliance, investigations, learning, and technology, and connect organisations with solutions that genuinely fit their needs. You will work closely with the founding team and play an important role in building the next phase of Ungenders growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research organisations that could benefit from Ungenders services and Conduct platform
- Build and manage a consistent outbound outreach pipeline through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, and other channels




- Qualify prospects by understanding their compliance maturity, organisational needs, and current challenges
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified decision makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow ups
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams during the sales process
- Re-engage dormant leads and nurture long term opportunities
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve positioning, messaging, and product development
- Work towards monthly outreach, meeting, and pipeline goals while maintaining high quality interactions
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, consulting sales, HRTech, LegalTech, or enterprise solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust curiosity and willingness to understand legal and workplace governance concepts
- Comfortable speaking with senio
