Position: UI/UX Developer

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work From Home / Hybrid
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month *(based on experience, skills, and performance)*

Role & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Understanding project requirements, business objectives, and user needs.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Developing responsive and mobile-friendly UI designs.
- Working on design systems, UI components, style guides, and maintaining design consistency.
- Collaborating closely with developers, product teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Improving existing websites and applications based on user feedback, usability, and business requirements.
- Conducting research and contributing to better user journeys and customer experiences.
- Ensuring that designs are practical, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.




- Staying updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

Candidates should have knowledge or experience in:
- Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interactive design.
- Responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Typography, color theory, layouts, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development will be an added advantage.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with relevant UI/UX design experience and a solid portfolio showcasing their work on websites, web applications, mobile applications, prototypes, or other digital products

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
