Position overview:

The Supply Planning Analyst provides analytical, system, and coordination support to Carbolines Supply Planning organization. This role understands Inventory planning, ensures necessary reporting availability, supports alignment between supply plans to demand signals, and drives data accuracy in planning systems. Operating as part

of the SIOP team, the analyst partners with site planners, procurement, customer service, and distribution teams to enable Carbolines supply planning initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support analytics work for weekly MRP and MPS runs, analyze output for supply exceptions
- Own and maintain visibility to inventory levels, open supply orders, and production schedules to ensure inventory health across all nodes (plant, DC, consignment)
- Analyze supply imbalances, or shortages. Escalate issues to Supply Planners with recommended corrective actions including rebalance of inventory
- Validate master data parameters (lot size, safety stock, ROP, lead time, order intervals) and ensure integrity across Infor LN and EnVista tools.




- Contribute to KPIs and dashboards for service, inventory, and adherence metrics; support continuous improvement through root cause analysis
- Act as part of the planning group and Carboline business teams, ensuring consistent communication, timely updates, and standard process adherence

Eligibility:
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (Infor LN preferred) and solid Excel skills (pivot tables,lookups, formulas)
- Ability to interpret data outputs and translate into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with inventory analytics or planning tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Understanding of MRP logic, lead time management, safety stock, and reorder point calculations
- Familiarity with capacity planning, lot sizing, and order policies
- Exposure to SIOP/S&OP; cycles and integrated supply-demand alignment processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize c
