The role involves research, data collection, identifying, evaluating & profiling investment / acquisition opportunities in India. You need to analyse financial & non-financial data, interact with founders. Key sectors include Accounting, GST, Taxation & Compliance.
- Prepare structured business profiles covering business model, product offering, customer segments, ownership structure, and financial performance. Analyse businesses using MCA filings, financial statements, and publicly available data to assess strategic and financial fit
- Conduct first-level outreach and discussions with founders/promoters to understand business vision, growth plans, and transaction expectations. Organise collected data into concise management briefing notes
- Identify potential product, distribution, and go-to-market synergies with the company’s existing offerings.



Highlight value creation opportunities post-acquisition
- Identify & shortlist potential acquisition targets aligned with company’s strategic focus areas
- Assist in building financial models, growth projections, and scenario analysis to support valuation and deal structuring discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors for financial, legal, tax, and regulatory diligence. Track diligence progress and maintain issue logs

Skill Sets:
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, XL & data analytics and detail oriented
