We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP HCM, particularly in implementation, support, customization, and ongoing maintenance of the SAP HCM module and its submodules, with Indian Payroll experience being essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert guidance and recommendations on SAP HR best practices to optimize business processes.
- Lead and participate in system testing and validation activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate SAP HR solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP HR modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users to facilitate effective adoption of new systems and processes.
- Demonstrate proven experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations
- Exhibit strong command over Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Indian Payroll,



ESS (Employee Self-Service), and MSS (Manager Self-Service).
- Manage all phases of SAP HCM projects, including requirements gathering, planning, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Possess practical experience with SAP HCM Loans (both interest-bearing and interest-free) and off-cycle payroll processes.
- Maintain a solid understanding of statutory reporting requirements (such as PF, Professional Tax, LWF, etc.).
- Demonstrate proficiency in working with SCHEMAs and PCRs, as well as posting payroll results to finance systems.
- Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and deliver value-added solutions
