- Provide day-to-day production support for live applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues by analyzing PL/SQL code, queries, and database performance.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor application and database health to ensure system stability and performance.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to validate fixes and support deployments.
- Maintain documentation for incidents, known issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-call support and handle critical production incidents as required.

Utilize Oracle database knowledge for performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Skills Required:
- Strong experience in PL/SQL development and production support environments.
