Hiring: Linux SAS Developer WS DC Data Conversion

We are looking for an experienced Linux SAS Developer with exposure to Mainframe environments to join our data conversion team. You will be responsible for converting, auditing, validating, reconciling, and loading Defined Contribution (DC) plan data for seamless customer transitions.
- Role: Linux SAS Developer (Data Conversion)
- Experience: 6 to 10 Years
- Budget: Up to 28 LPA
- Location: Bangalore / Chennai
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners (or strictly up to 15 days)

Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end WS DC data conversion, auditing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Analyze complex system architectures and work with Linux and Mainframe-based platforms.
- Design, code, unit test, and execute conversion data pipelines following established coding standards.




- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all conversion workflows.
- Collaborate independently within an Agile/Scrum setup to manage deliverables efficiently.

Requirements
- Robust hands-on experience with SAS Development on Linux systems.
- Exposure to/working knowledge of Mainframe environments.
- Prior experience in Defined Contribution (DC) plan implementations or data conversion projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
