Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Relationship Manager / Telecaller to join our fintech sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making inbound and outbound calls, generating and converting leads, explaining financial products, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role requires excellent communication, solid follow-up skills, a target-oriented approach, and the ability to understand customer financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's fintech/financial products clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads through telecalling and convert qualified leads into customers.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers until conversion.
- Assist customers with application, documentation, KYC, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, sales, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Track follow-ups, applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and support customer retention.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities where appropriate.
- Achieve monthly/weekly targets for calls, leads, conversions, applications, and sales.
- Follow company policies, customer-protection guidelines, KYC requirements, and applicable compliance procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and calling reports for the reporting manager.
