That's where you come in. As a
Customer Success Associate

, you'll own the member journey end to end. You'll be the person ensuring every customer has a seamless experience, every concern is resolved with empathy and power exceptional experiences across Pune and Mumbai.

What You’ll Own

1. Onboarding — create exceptional first impressions

*- Guide new members through their onboarding journey and ensure they're set up for success from Day 1*

*- Ensure every current member starts with clarity, confidence, and excitement*

2. Experience — make every interaction memorable





*- Become the primary point of contact for our members and parents across Pune and Mumbai*

*- Resolve questions, requests, and escalations quickly while delivering an experience that exceeds expectations*

*- Build genuine relationships with members through proactive check-ins and regular communication*

*- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and remove friction*

3. Retention — turn happy customers into lifelong members

*- Own renewals by ensuring members continue to see value in their journey*

*- Drive attendance, engagement, and programme continuity across all active members through our coaches*

*- Gather customer feedback and make changes in internal and external processes*

*- Encourage referrals and help grow the community through delighted customers*
